She has a passion for educating on injury prevention especially in youth sports.

Bridget earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Simmons University in 2004 and her advanced Orthopedic Clinical Specialist certification (OCS) in 2008 and again in 2018 from the ABPTS

As a former high school, collegiate and adult athlete, Bridget understands what it takes to return to life and sport after an injury.

She loves exercising including weight training, Barre, Pilates, Yoga, Spinning, Trail Running, Skiing, Mountain Biking, and Hiking.  She knows the importance of self-care to address her own physical, mental & spiritual well-being in order to be the best Practitioner, Trainer, Owner, Wife, Mother, Friend, Sister, Aunt and Instructor she can be!

Our Difference

The way third party payers and insurance companies are set up, require clinics to see a high volume of people in one day. This forces clinicians to sacrifice time with each individual which compromises quality care. Leading to poor outcomes and excess visits to meet goals of the patient.

Quality care requires time. Something that is not often given to patients. Physical health & wellness is about helping people to recognize and change certain movement and lifestyle behaviors within their social context. Without the time to listen and form an appropriate individualized plan of care for each patient these changes can not happen.

Our unique concierge treatment model of care, along with the combination of skills and experience that we possess give you the best chance for success and returning to the lifestyle you desire. By removing almost all barriers to care and giving you access to the highest quality physical therapy and wellness services available, Bridge Physical Therapy & Fitness stands alone in giving you an opportunity to put the past behind you and move forward with a fresh new approach that treats you as a unique person, not just an injured body part.
